SnapPetz is a hobby app built by one person. Everything — bug reports, feature ideas, App Store review responses, account issues, "why is my catch showing as Mysterious?" — goes to the same inbox and gets read by an actual human.
Contact
Email [email protected]. Please include:
- The device + OS version you're on (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 26).
- The SnapPetz version (Settings → About).
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- A screenshot if the issue is visual.
Turnaround is usually a day or two. If you don't hear back within a week, resend — Gmail occasionally files legit mail as spam.
Common questions
My catch shows as "Mysterious {Species}" in the journal but the reveal said "Majestic Cat". This was a bug in builds before v1.3 — the personality label wasn't persisted onto the catch record. Update the app; new catches will keep their name.
Cloud sync isn't working. Sign out and back in from Settings. If it still fails, email us with the sync error surface (Settings → Debug → Copy Sync Log).
I want to delete my account. Use the delete-account page for the self-serve flow, or email the support address above.
Where's my figurine after the reveal?The catch is saved locally first, then queued for cloud sync when you're online. Check the Journal tab.
